Q1 2026/27 Financial Performance Highlights
The Group’s financial results for the quarter reflect considerable headwinds, primarily impacted by a significant change in the fair value of financial assets and reduced operational profitability. Key figures are as follows:
- Revenue: Group revenue for the quarter decreased by 9% to Rs 3,235.29 million, down from Rs 3,573.71 million reported in the corresponding period of the previous year. The Company also experienced a 23% decline in revenue.

- Earnings/(Loss) Per Share (EPS): Basic Loss Per Share attributable to equity holders was reported at Rs (0.31), compared to Basic Earnings Per Share of Rs 0.47 in the prior year.

As of 30th June 2026, the Group’s total assets stood at Rs 28,980.27 million, a decrease from Rs 32,970.05 million as of 31st March 2026. Total equity also saw a decline, decreasing to Rs 12,931.29 million from Rs 13,498.13 million over the same period. Net Assets Per Share consequently dropped from Rs 8.56 to Rs 8.24.
The cash flow statement indicates a net cash outflow from operating activities of Rs 255.22 million for the period.
