Cloud Solutions International recently demonstrated its dedication to innovation and entrepreneurship by successfully hosting “Spark Tank: The Final Pitch,” the grand finale of its flagship intrapreneurship program. This initiative aims to transform employee ideas into significant healthcare ventures.

Spark Tank offers a structured innovation journey that encourages employees to think and act like entrepreneurs. Participants are guided through multiple stages, including idea generation, validation, and business case development. The journey culminates in a dynamic live pitching event inspired by the popular “Shark Tank” format.

During The Final Pitch, shortlisted teams presented their refined, investment-ready healthcare solutions to a distinguished panel of evaluators. The event, held at the organization’s office, featured an engaging setup with healthcare-themed visuals, creating a competitive yet celebratory atmosphere.

To accommodate global participation, the event was live-streamed to teams in Saudi Arabia using dual video feeds. One feed captured the presenters on stage, while the other showcased presentations and product demonstrations, emphasizing the organization’s culture of cross-border collaboration.

Mr. Asiri Liyanage, Consultant Software Engineering, highlighted the significance of Spark Tank in reflecting the organization’s long-term vision of embedding innovation into its DNA. “By nurturing intrapreneurship, we are not only unlocking the creativity of our people but also building a sustainable pipeline of healthcare solutions with real-world impact,” he stated.

All finalist teams were acknowledged with participation certificates and commemorative plaques. Winning teams received prize money and live on-stage recognition. These winning ideas emerged from a rigorous, multi-stage evaluation process and are positioned as high-potential ventures with the potential to evolve into independent startup projects.

Beyond the competition, the event celebrated creativity, teamwork, and employee contributions, concluding with an employee engagement gathering.
