Dialog Enterprise, the corporate ICT solutions division of Dialog Axiata PLC, in collaboration with the National Chamber of Exporters of Sri Lanka (NCE), recently hosted an informative seminar titled “From Sri Lanka to the World – Digital Marketing Strategies for Export Growth.” This knowledge-sharing event aimed to enhance the digital competencies of Sri Lankan exporters by exploring how digital transformation, data-driven marketing, and artificial intelligence can elevate their presence in global markets, reach new customer segments, and bolster competitiveness.

As global trade increasingly leans towards technology-driven engagement and decision-making, digital transformation has become crucial for Sri Lankan exporters. The integration of modern digital tools, from automating processes to enhancing digital presence and employing analytics to comprehend international demand, is essential in improving export readiness. The seminar addressed these needs by providing practical insights into digital marketing strategies, AI-driven customer engagement, and best practices for establishing a credible digital footprint that supports business growth.

The event attracted more than 100 NCE members, offering them actionable insights on emerging digital trends, platform optimization, content strategy, and the effective use of AI to boost brand presence in international markets. Participants received guidance on how to apply these tools within their export operations to achieve measurable improvements in efficiency and market outreach.

Expressing his thoughts, Shiham Marikar, Secretary General/CEO of the National Chamber of Exporters of Sri Lanka, stated, “We are pleased to partner with Dialog Enterprise in equipping our members with essential digital skills and knowledge. This collaboration aligns with our mission to enhance the competitiveness of Sri Lankan exporters by fostering innovation, adaptability, and global market readiness.”
