Volt Charge, known as Sri Lanka’s most rapidly expanding electric vehicle (EV) charging network, has entered into a strategic alliance with Jetwing Hotels to establish EV charging infrastructure at various key hotels nationwide.
According to the agreement, nine EV charging stations will be installed at locations including Jetwing Sea, Jetwing Beach, Jetwing Lagoon Wellness, Jetwing Saman Villas, Jetwing Kaduruketha, Jetwing Surf & Safari, Hotel J Unawatuna, and Mask & Tide. Notably, four of these charging stations are already operational, highlighting Volt Charge’s ability to quickly bring projects to market.
This partnership signifies a strategic extension of Volt Charge’s destination-based charging network, integrating EV infrastructure into high-traffic hospitality settings. Once fully operational, these chargers will cater to both local and international EV users, enhancing accessibility and aligning with the hospitality sector’s increasing emphasis on sustainability and forward-thinking guest services.

Additionally, Volt Charge has implemented EV charging solutions at corporate office locations such as Dilmah Tea and Aitken Spence, expanding its reach beyond leisure destinations into everyday commercial environments.
With a registered user base exceeding 10,000, Volt Charge is currently the fastest-growing EV charging network in Sri Lanka. The partnership with Jetwing Hotels further bolsters its national presence while supporting private-sector initiatives to advance cleaner transportation infrastructure and elevate customer experience standards throughout Sri Lanka’s tourism sector.
