Ideal Motors, Sri Lanka’s leading automotive sales and after-sales service network, is actively extending its islandwide service camp series dedicated to Mahindra vehicles. This initiative underscores the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring optimal performance for Mahindra customers across the island.
The primary goal of these service camps is to enhance vehicle quality and reliability by diagnosing issues, providing expert repairs, and supplying genuine spare parts. These service camps are offered free of charge to Mahindra vehicle owners, who can also avail themselves of up to 15% discounts on spare parts.
The campaign is divided into two segments: camps focused specifically on Mahindra Bolero and those open to all Mahindra vehicles. Since the launch of the series, these camps have successfully reached communities throughout Sri Lanka.
The first Bolero service camp took place at Liyanage Motors in Mathugama in June, followed by sessions in Puttalam and Akkaraipattu. Camps catering to all Mahindra vehicles have been effectively conducted in Habarana, Udawalawe, Panama, Mandaram Nuwara, and Sandathenna.
In November, service camps were organized at Ideal Motors Monaragala, Weligama Motors in Ampara, and Belihuloya, specifically for Bolero vehicles. December’s schedule commenced with a camp at Dhirasekara Auto Court in Matara on 15th December, followed by a specialized session for Scorpio jeeps used by police stations on 16th December. The most recent camps were conducted on 17th December at Ideal Motors Kurunegala and on 18th December at Senanayake Auto Service, Yapahuwa.
