Sri Lanka’s LOLC Finance lists 11.25-pct debentures

LOLC Finance of Sri Lanka has announced the listing of 15 billion rupees worth of debentures, offering interest rates of 11.5 percent and 10.95 percent, according to a filing with the stock exchange.

The company successfully raised 15 billion rupees through the issuance of listed, rated, senior, unsecured, redeemable debentures with a five-year maturity period.

The debentures were made available to investors at a price of 100 rupees each.
