SriLankan Airlines has announced the cancellation of several flights to and from key Middle Eastern destinations scheduled for today, citing the closure of airspace in parts of the region due to escalating tensions. The national carrier stated that the decision was made in the interest of passenger safety and operational security, noting that these disruptions affect both outbound and inbound services.
