Sri Lanka’s WindForce Plc, a prominent player in the energy sector, has announced its intention to issue up to 40 million green bonds with the goal of securing 4 billion rupees.
According to a recent filing with the stock exchange, the company will offer these green bonds as listed, rated, senior, unsecured, and redeemable instruments.
The specifics regarding the bond’s duration, interest rates, and other relevant features will be communicated at a later date.
